User Layouts

 

Advanced Reporting offers the capability to save report layouts.  The saved layout will retain all information in the current report, including filters, groupings, summary information, and field order.

 

Saving a layout

 

To save a layout, select User Layouts from the main menu, then Save User Layout.  The Save User Layout dialog box (Figure 1 below) will be displayed.

Enter a name for the layout.  To store the layout with the same date range as the current report, leave System Date Range selected.  You can alter the date range for the layout by selecting User Defined Date Range and selecting the desired range.

 

Click Save to store your layout.

 

Loading a layout

 

To load a layout, select User Layouts from the main menu, then Load User Layout.  The Load User Layout dialog box (Figure 2 below) will be displayed.

Select the layout and click Load.  The report will run and be displayed.

 

Deleting a layout

 

To delete a layout, select User Layouts from the main menu, then Manage User Layout.  You will see Figure 3 (below).  Select the layout to be deleted by clicking the Advanced Reporting - Manage Layout Unselected button button.  The row will be highlighted in blue.

Click the Advanced Reporting - Delete button button.  Click Yes to confirm deletion or No to cancel.
