PBR - Consumer Cross Border Payment

The PBR SEC code allows for the transmission of consumer cross-border ACH debit and credit transactions. This SEC code enables such payments to be easily identified so financial institutions can apply special handling requirements as needed.

The PBR format accommodates specific information pertaining to cross-border payments such as: foreign exchange conversion, origination and destination currency and country codes.
