partner relationships are available, including options that do not
require revenue commitments or program fees.

Earn referral fees or choose to pass them along to your end user
as a discounted price.
Reseller (no support)
Generate revenue from software sales without the responsibility
for installation or technical support.
Reseller with support
Receive larger discounts by owning the complete customer relationship;
including level one support.
1. Tell us about your company - Please send us a link to your
web site.
This should provide us with the majority of background information
we would typically need regarding your company, product line and
customer base. Of course, please send additional information that may help us understand
your company better.
Note: We are unable to review applicants without websites.
Also, please include an overview of your marketing plan in regards
to Treasury Software products.
How do you plan to market the software (ie. existing clients, banking
relationships, etc...) and a very rough estimate of your planned
sales.
2. Treasury Software will send you a Marketing letter
Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a 'Marketing
Letter' similar to the one at the bottom of this page. Once you
electronically sign it, you will receive a personal discount code
which can be used at our online store. This code can be forwarded
to colleagues and end users.
3. Commissions Discount codes
Once you receive the discount code, you can accept orders directly
from your clients and fulfill them on your own directly from our
on-line store. Bill your customers the full list price, along with
any hourly or setup charges that you may have - and then order the
software online at a discount.
Note: If you want license codes to be sent directly to your clients
(recommended) enter their phone number in the additional comments
section during the check-out process at our online store.
Dear Partner:
We look forward to having you and your colleagues at ABC Company
recommend and resell our products to your clients.
In appreciation of your efforts, Treasury Software will provide
you with a xx% discount off the list price of our software licenses.
This discount is based in part, on ABC Company providing Level
1 support to its clients. Treasury Software will of course
provide advanced support directly to ABC Companys staff. Unless
otherwise stated, discounts do not apply to professional services,
custom programming, training or support.
Treasury Software will provide you with a coupon code which may
be used on-line in Treasury Softwares store by both you and
your clients. This code will be active during the term of this agreement.
Treasury Software will provide free phone support during the setup
and installation period, including through the first 90 days after
purchase for your clients. Afterwards, clients may access support
on-line or call in (optional charge) for support.
The terms of Treasury Softwares End User License Agreement
(EULA) are incorporated into this agreement, and can be found at:
http://www.treasurysoftware.com/corporate/eula.aspx.
Further, it is understood that each party is acting as an independent
contractor of the other party. No partnership has been created.
While there are no annual purchase commitments, this agreement
will renew on an annual basis pending mutual satisfaction. In between
renewal dates, you may terminate this agreement at any time, and
Treasury Software may terminate this agreement after providing you
90 days written notice.

and include within the message body I Accept.
