Richmond, VA - May 23, 2011 - While Bank Reconciliation has always been licensed internationally, we have overhauled the entire database engine to accommodate users with international, case sensitive and italic sensitive data sets (Server Collations).
"While it is typical for most users to accept the default 'Latin_General' Microsoft SQL Server, Server Collation settings - many international clients needed the SQL Server database to reside on a server with localized settings.
As an example, we just installed at the National Bank of Anguilla, and this was instrumental in the implementation," says Glenn Fromer, Director of Development.
About the National Bank of Anguilla - At its inception in 1985, NBA chartered itself as a vehicle by which Anguillians could participate in the development of the Anguillian economy.
Richmond, VA - May 1, 2011 - Treasury Software releases ACH-Merge™ - a new utility aimed at quickly and easily consolidating ACH files.
"What we have here is basically the users telling us what they want - and us responding. After numerous calls from Yardi and other real estate management software users, it became apparent that there was a void in the marketplace for this type of application," says Debbie Glasser, VP of Marketing at Treasury Software.
Glasser adds, "There are a number of accounting systems that generate ACH files, but due to ownership and segregation of duty issues - their systems create multiple ACH files. Using our existing platform of Third Party Tools, conversion utilities and our core product, we now have an easy, off-the-shelf solution for any company that wants to consolidate ACH files - even if they were created on a system other than ACH Universal."
About Yardi - Since 1984, Yardi Systems has been solely dedicated to the design, development, and support of real estate investment management and property management software. Recognized as an industry leader, Yardi continues to develop and deliver software and services with the highest commitment to responsiveness, quality, innovation, and customer focus. Yardi is trademark of Yardi Systems.

Richmond, VA - October 29, 2010
- Subscription pricing is now available for all Treasury Software product lines.
In additional to 'traditional' licensing, Treasury Software
now offers subscription based pricing as an alternative.
Using SaaS (Software as a Service) model, customers simply pay a monthly fee. Other than the monthly fee, there are no up front fees, support fees or any cancellation fees. Further, Treasury Software is providing this to their users on a month-to-month basis.
"This is an exciting offering that we now have for bank's SMB clients who want to start ACH or Positive Pay service, but want to avoid the up front fee. At $19.95 per month for either the standard ACH Universal™ or Bank Positive Pay™ product - it's a no-brainer" says Glenn Fromer, CPA - Treasury Software's Director of Development.
Fromer continues "We have been providing subscriptions on an ad hoc basis to our national banking partners, but now this makes it that any regional or local bank can sign up a handful - or even a single client - with no paperwork. They just download and order from our store and can be up and running in less than an hour."
Subscription pricing can be found at each product page within the online store of Treasury Software at http://store.treasurysoftware.com/.
Richmond, VA - October 29, 2010 - Perhaps one of the most aggressive and innovative builds of Treasury Software since its' inception nearly 10 years ago, this edition will serve as a platform for the next several years.
Major features and innovations include:
Subscription licensing, all new video tutorials, Quick Start and Help pages for each module, SQL Express bundle, 2011 Security, ACH Setup upgrade, and Custom Reports and new export options.

Council for Electronic Billing and Payment
Electronic Check Council
Internet Council

Additional information on the NACHA councils and the work they perform is available at http://www.nacha.org/.
Richmond, VA - March 1, 2010 - Treasury Software is fully committed to 64-bit architecture, as noted in today's release of 2010.0.4 (SP B4), which has passed in-house testing for all current 64-bit Microsoft Client operating systems, as well as 64-bit versions of SQL Server.
With the percentage increase in systems of Windows 7 being shipped in 64-bit -- and the announcement of Microsoft Office 2010's availability in both 32-bit and 64-bit --it makes sense to update our infrastructure now and make sure we are fully compatible from the beginning.
We not only rewrote our code to confirm compatibility, we also went to Microsoft to obtain the SQL Express 2005 SP3 64-bit version as well.
Treasury Software runs on 64-bit machines in compatibility mode.
Treasury Software is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner.
Richmond, VA - February 20, 2010 -Treasury Software re-introduced its online store in conjunction with release 2010.0.4 (SP B3) to enable full integration between the software and the online store.
Now with one-click from within the Treasury Software website, trial users can land directly on their product page in the online store and complete a transaction.
In addition to integration, the store received a full facelift and was re-organized. We analysed the most popular products, and made sure they were easily accessible - either through a link on the home page or through the menu structure.
During testing of the store, we have seen a reduction in abandoned shopping carts, which appears to be a reflection of the enhanced purchasing experience for our clients.
Treasury Software's online store can be found at:
http://store.treasurysoftware.com/
Richmond, VA - February 3, 2010 -Treasury Software introduced Excel-Style filtering across the board for all three product lines.
"This was by far the most requested feature we received as feedback last year," said Debbie Glasser, VP of Marketing at Treasury Software."
"Excel-style filtering provides users advanced filtering of reports with a point and click interface - just as they currently have in Microsoft Excel. We have extended this feature to all reports, as well as to the Manual Matching window within Bank Reconciliation," Glasser explained.
Excel-style filtering is available as a free update to all users on 2010.0.4. To obtain your update, simply enter into an account and from the main menu select File > Updates > Service Pack.
Richmond, VA - January 29, 2010 - Treasury Software reported fiscal
year 2009 results showing a 21% increase in sales revenue, and a
109% increase in net income.
"The
increase in sales has been driven by a record number of new customers with a higher than last year average price point in our product mix ," said Glenn Fromer, CPA, Director of Development.
"Within ACH Universal, there has been a dramatic shift towards our more expensive Pro Plus edition which enables processors to meet NACHA Third Party Regulations," Fromer added.
Fromer continued, "In addition, we brought on a number of Accounting VARs (Value Added Resellers) who have been focused on Bank Reconciliation. Bank Reconciliation starts at price point 300% higher than ACH Universal and Bank Positive Pay. The increase in revenue, coupled with a controlled focus on G&A, enabled us to exceed net income expectations across all quarters."

Richmond, VA - June 1, 2009 -- Treasury Software is proud to announce
that it is the first middleware to fully adopt and adhere to the
new NACHA format IAT (International).
The
Standard Entry Class (SEC) IAT replaces the existing cross border
formats PBR and CBR. ACH Universal is available for testing with
the Federal Reserve Bank, local banks and financial institutions.
Transactions cannot be placed into the ACH network until the effective
date set by NACHA of September 18, 2009. Simultaneous with the activation
of the new format - both PBR and CBR will be retired.
The new format contains seven mandatory addenda records and up to
five optional addenda records. These addenda records can contain
both free form supplemental information (up to two records) and
corresponding bank information.
As always, Treasury Software invites prospective users to download
and try the software for free without obligation.

Richmond,
VA - March 3, 2009 -- ACH Universal Pro edition now comes
with a dynamic addenda writer specifically geared for companies
to electronically remit funds to governmental agencies for child
support and wage garnishments.
"This fills a gap in the marketplace, as our TXP tax library
follows the 10 segment approach. With the dynamic addenda writer,
one can write common 'DED' formats, as well as any syntax based
addenda record," explained Debbie Glasser.
Glasser added, "Again, we listened to what our customers are
looking for. We see a number of companies dropping their payroll
service providers and doing it themselves - and this is certainly
one of the areas we can assist in."
Treasury Software, the developer of ACH Universal - is the largest
independent developer of ACH and related products and is private
labeled by banks throughout the US. For more information, please

Richmond, VA - February 2, 2009 -- Treasury Software reported fiscal
year 2008 results showing a 12% increase in sales revenue, and a
195% increase in net income.
"The
increase in sales has been driven by both new sales, and an increase
in client demand for our maintenance program. We have increased
the scope of our maintenance plan to provide more value for our
desktop (non-SQL) clients. Our revenue mix is now more recurring
revenue than before," said Glenn Fromer, CPA, Director of Development.
Fromer continued, "The growth in net income is largely related
to the increase in efficiency in the use of headcount. We have cross-trained
sales and level-one support to handle both incoming call queues.
We culminated this process with the introduction of the Avaya phone
system towards the end of last year - making the process seamless
to the caller."
"In addition, we have reduced the number of inbound calls by
the introduction of a new licensing system. Licensing requests have
traditionally exceeded 50% of our total support trouble tickets.
We have also increased the percentage of resolving support issues
on the first customer contact by installing a new trouble ticket
system. The new system enables our representatives to review client
history and search for similar items."
"Lastly, we have refocused our development team into furthering
our off-the-shelf products, as opposed to custom projects. Using
a 'write once, sell many' approach has provided us with greater
economies of scale, particularly in our higher profile clients this
year - such as the upgrade to the State of Massachusetts Department
of Revenue."
Treasury Software Corp is a privately held Virginia Corporation

mission to empower the user, Treasury Software introduced their
latest version of the Software Integration Kit (SIK) feature today.
The
Software Integration Kit, a.k.a. 'Custom Import Menus' in the user
interface, is devoted to software developers and end-users who are
looking to integrate Treasury Software applications into a seamless
and automated process for their users.
The Software Integration Kit (SIK), unlike most automation development
kits, is included directly in the runtime edition - making it available
to both power users and software developers in a Graphical User
Interface.
Treasury Software's SIK includes full automation tools to seamlessly:
-import any file

of each file with a date/time stamp to insure that each file is
uniquely named in the archive directory)
-provide summary reporting
and, of course
-perform any Treasury Software core module process including:
ACH and Positive Pay file creation
ACH and Positive Pay file transmission
Automated Transaction Matching (ATM) for bank reconciliation

Richmond, VA, August 17, 2007 -- Treasury Software released new
user manuals for ACH Universal and Bank Reconciliation - completely
rewritten to take into account the new features added over the past
few months.
"It's
a great platform. I've already seen several large features implemented
- and I haven't even been here six months," stated Daniel Longest,
a senior analyst at Treasury Software.
"We didn't simply document the processes that development provides.
We put ourselves in the position of the end-user and wrote from
their perspective - as to what they would want to accomplish,"
added Longest.
Longest, who is responsible for new customer implementations, has
a vested interest in the new help files. "If they can't find
it online, they're going to call into support and we're going to
walk through it with them. We believe that every time a user calls
and asks a question, there are 10 more users who didn't call in.
Our goal is to answer the caller's question and -- just as important
-- document the issue and make the answer available on-line for
the ten who may not have called," he explained.
Treasury Software help files are distributed electronically with
all editions of software. They are also available on-line within
'Support', as well as in hard copy at Lulu's.
Richmond, VA, July 27, 2007 -- Treasury Software, a leading provider

released this edition to make the CTX detail as flexible as possible
- as to the segments and elements that get displayed or suppressed."
He added, "We're going strong into CTX and we need to provide
this functionality to our clients. This enables the user to specify
the CTX format - whether the vendor is on the current version of
the 820 transaction set (4010, EPN STP 820) or still working on
a legacy release such as 3030 or 3040."
Treasury Software provides tools to create CTX files, as well as
tools to convert CTX files into Excel (ACH2Excel and EDI2Excel).
Both ACH2Excel and EDI2Excel are available in the Trading Partner

Richmond, VA, June 25, 2007 -- Treasury Software released version
9.5 today, including new feature such as advanced handling of ACH
Returns and Notifications of Changes (NOC).
What
are ACH Returns?
If ABC Cable Company creates an ACH transaction to draw funds from
a client-subscriber's account, and there are insufficient funds
in the account, the transaction will fail. A 'Return' notification
will be sent to ABC Company that the account had Insufficient Funds
(ISF).
While return information can be sent in any method that a bank and
originator agree to, it is most often in the format of an ACH Return
File.
With the release of version 9.5, ACH Universal can import the bank's
ACH Return file, and categorize the reason as to the return (i.e..
ISF, bad account number, etc...). The user can then automatically
resubmit ISF's for collection. Returns which are not ISF's cannot
be resubmitted - as they will simply fail for the same reason again.
They must be corrected. ACH Universal provides full reporting and
export capabilities - including output to Excel for these, and all
returned items.
ACH Return handling is available in the Professional Plus and Trading
Partner editions of ACH Universal.
Richmond, VA, April 2, 2007 -- In an expansion of Treasury Software's

our core modules, and now return for additional product lines,"
stated Debbie Glasser, Vice-President of Treasury Software.
"BAI 2 Excel parses BAI files into Excel/csv (comma separated
value) format, which enables the user to import this into a third
party program for further processing," added Glasser. "Some
users just simply review the transactions in Excel."

released version 9.49.3 of Bank Reconciliation featuring Custom Import Menus.
"While full automation has always been included in Treasury Software solutions - it has been in a traditional 'one import file-to-one account' scenario," said Debbie Glasser, Treasury Software Vice President. "While this is typical of a standard integration environment with an accounting package - many companies are now deviating from this once established norm."
Glasser explained, "The Custom Import Menus allow for the automated importing of groups of files into one or more accounts for processing. Afterwards, the imported files can be automatically moved to another directory for proper archiving and preserving the audit trail.
The 'point and click' interface eliminates the vast majority of custom work needed to be performed for a fully automated solution."
