Where do I find the Company ID in QuickBooks?
There is a gear icon in the top right corner of the QuickBooks page--click on that gear 
. Under "Your Company", go to "Account & Settings", and then "Billing & Subscription". The Company ID appears at the top of the page.
The transactions won't come over from QuickBooks to ACH when I click "View Transactions"--what is wrong?
Be sure the items to import appear in the QuickBooks Bank Register. If bills have not yet been paid, for instance, ACH will not find the transactions.
