"I did not choose to go into disaster recovery - why am I in
it?"
If you moved the software to another workstation, changed
your computer name or the administrator changed the domain name
- this may have kicked you into this mode. Our licenses are based
in part, on your computer name.
You will be granted an emergency license if your workstation is
not licensed, but the account (database) you are accessing is.
This is designed for companies which need to operate in 'hot-site'
emergency situations and continue operations. The 31 use license
grants them a buffer to obtain replacement codes.
"How do I get out of disaster recovery?"
If you installed the same version of software - simply reenter
your license code and password.
If you installed a new version of software - and are getting
a message that your license codes are out of date, please contact
Treasury Software sales for upgrade pricing.
Please use the contact us form to directly
contact licensing.
