If you can create an Excel or csv file with your customer's, employee's and vendor's banking information,
you can perform a simple Basic Excel Import.
If you don't have this information - not an issue.
Use our Profiles Feature to hold your customer's, employee's and vendor's banking information.
Basic Excel Import
If you can create an Excel or csv file with at least these four fields, you can perform a basic import.
--Bank Account Number
--ABA Routing Number
Of course, you can import additional fields such as date, ID Number, SEC code, etc...
Importing with Profiles
If your Excel file doesn't have the banking information - not an issue.
All you need are two columns in your Excel file:
--Name (or ID Number)
The system can perform a lookup for each line in your Excel file and merge it with the banking information that you have previously stored securely in ACH Universal.
You can populate your profiles in ACH Universal by importing Excel or csv files and/or manually entering them. Bank Account Numbers are encrypted when stored and we keep a full audit trail.
From the ACH Universal Home Screen, start the Excel Import Wizard by clicking on the icon below.
The Wizard enables you to select a file or 'copy and paste' from a file open in Excel. You can then review your records and check your control totals. You can repeat the process if you have multiple files.
Once you've imported your Excel file(s), you can review the summary totals and/or the detailed transactions will be included in the ACH file.
Upon a succesful review, you can create the ACH File.
