1. Most likely, you'll rule out the Advanced edition.
Unless you need Standard Entry Class Codes such as ARC, BOC, RCK, TEL, or WEB - or if you are a 'Third Party Processor' such as a payroll processor - you can probably rule this edition out.
Ok, now we're looking at Standard vs. Corporate.
Both offer the same core features, such as creating ACH/Nacha files as well as Canadian EFT files.
They both also integrate with QuickBooks Online and enable you to import from Excel and csv files.
2. Select the Corporate edition if you need:
Email notifications to your vendors, customers and employees, or
To import ACH files, or our ACH-2-Excel parsing utility tool
Create transactions with addenda records (PPD+, CCD+)
3. Select the Standard edition if you're here.
Worried that you're not sure which edition you need? You can upgrade (or downgrade) a subscription at any time.
If you need to change your edition level, all your work remains as it was.
While we noted the main differences above, for a complete list see the Edition Comparison Chart.
